p200m Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Services on p200m. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. p200m reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Residency

p200m's Services are directed at English-preference players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open and maintain an active p200m account. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any court order restricting your ability to gamble, and that opening an account and using the Services does not violate any law applicable to you personally.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain a p200m account under any circumstances:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of p200m or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• Persons who have previously had an account permanently closed by p200m for breach of these Terms.
• Persons who have self-excluded from p200m under the Responsible Gaming program for the duration of their self-exclusion period.
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity, payment methods, or account credentials.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services on p200m, you must complete the registration process via the p200m Login page, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on p200m. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. p200m employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p200m will close the additional accounts and may forfeit all associated balances and bonuses without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. p200m will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify p200m support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and subsequently must be truthful and accurate. p200m reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure.

3.5 KYC Verification

p200m operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering and player protection standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your Indonesian national ID (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and proof of ownership of any payment method used. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Withdrawals above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p200m accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. p200m does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the player's name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the p200m cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment channel and may be adjusted by p200m from time to time without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits submitted via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the player's p200m balance within 30 seconds of confirmed receipt. p200m is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment infrastructure. Deposits are only credited once funds have been received and confirmed in full.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts before 23:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) on any calendar day are processed on the same business day. Funds are typically received by the player's nominated BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account within 15–30 minutes of processing. p200m reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. p200m will reject any transaction originating from or directed to a third-party account. Attempting to use another person's payment method is a material breach of these Terms.

4.6 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. p200m may apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive accounts once the inactive period has been reached. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied and may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by p200m are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

5.2 Turnover Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a turnover (wagering) requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the turnover requirement is satisfied, only the real-money portion of the account balance (excluding bonus funds) is available for withdrawal.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to turnover requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the turnover requirement. Live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack), table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from bonus play entirely.

5.4 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sportsbook selection is Rp 100.000, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided at p200m's discretion, and any winnings from such bets may be forfeited.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered through to completion of the applicable turnover requirement within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the player's balance. Expiry periods are communicated at the time of the offer and are non-extendable.

5.6 Abuse of Bonuses

p200m actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns intended solely to clear turnover requirements, and collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, p200m reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.

6 Player Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the p200m platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, the cashier, or any other platform function.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or to fund any unlawful activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits already used for wagering without first contacting p200m support.
• Providing false or misleading information to p200m at any time.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited.

6.2 Fair Play

p200m is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games are powered by certified random number generators and are subject to regular independent audits. Any attempt to exploit a technical malfunction, an error in odds, or a pricing error in the sportsbook is prohibited. p200m reserves the right to void bets or game rounds placed under such circumstances.

7 Games & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Individual game rules are governed by the game provider's certified rule set and are accessible within each game's help or information section. In all cases, the outcome of a game round is determined by the provider's certified RNG and is final. p200m does not alter, influence, or override game outcomes.

7.2 Sportsbook Betting

All sportsbook bets placed on p200m are subject to the applicable market rules at the time the bet is accepted. Markets covered include but are not limited to: BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, Piala AFF, badminton tournaments, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). p200m reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with industry-standard settlement rules and the relevant governing body's official results.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or bet placement, p200m's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a platform error, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. p200m is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the player's end.

8 Security & Privacy

p200m employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions, the same standard used by major Indonesian commercial banks. Player data is stored on secured servers and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection. p200m will never contact you requesting your password, full payment card details, or one-time PIN codes.

9 Responsible Gaming

p200m is committed to the welfare of its players. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard, at no charge and effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. This action takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by p200m

p200m reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification; a security risk to the account or the platform; or any activity that may bring p200m into disrepute or legal jeopardy.

10.2 Closure by p200m

Following investigation of a suspended account, p200m may permanently close the account. Where closure follows confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is for other reasons (such as a player's self-exclusion request), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable outstanding bonus balances.

10.3 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your p200m account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC status and the absence of any outstanding security review.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p200m shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or Force Majeure events.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use — all wagering decisions are made voluntarily by the player.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banks, e-wallet providers, or payment networks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p200m's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Governing Law

p200m is operated by an internationally incorporated entity and is licensed and regulated internationally. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p200m holds its operating license. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your country of residence.

13 Amendments to These Terms

p200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p200m will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after publication for material changes. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
